As a Customer Service Representative - BDC at our dealership, youll be responsible for working directly with our customers. Directing them to the proper location, building a relationship between them and the dealership group, scheduling appointments and any number of activities associating with following thru on our mission of creating a world class automotive experience.

**Responsibilities:**

Greets customer and listen to there request. Provide the most direct approach to the customer request using the process and procedures that are in place If necessary follow up with department or customer to ensure proper outcome Work with various computer platforms proficiently

Attends/completes required training and department meetings.

Regular and predictable attendance.

Ability to communication on multiple platforms

Prior customer service, retail or hospitality experience welcome One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills are a must.

Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.

Current valid drivers license is required for all employees.

Mathematical skills including, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
