Position: Director of Marketing

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to join us as a key leader for the Crete United marketing team. The Director of Marketing will lead and support the developing growth strategies and branding for Crete United and our portfolio of Partners. This individual will focus on digital marketing campaigns, traditional marketing, brand strategies, project management, and marketing budgets supporting business development and talent acquisition. This position will report to the Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy through planning, budgeting, execution, and review.
  • Create brand assets through graphic design and video production.
  • Oversee the Marketing Team ensuring the execution of a best-in-class marketing strategy for Crete United and our Partners including but not limited to media, direct mail, social media, email, and paid digital advertising.
  • Support other departments by providing marketing assistance in creating and executing campaigns.
  • Oversee project management with outside vendors.
  • Execute on Crete United Marketing initiatives at dedicated locations.
  • Prepare executive marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Engage with the executive leadership team and partners to plan and execute marketing operations.
  • Build relationships and communicate daily with business operation departments for marketing needs and opportunities.
  • Report on Crete United marketing performance across the platform.
Skills And Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, and/or business.
  • 7 to 10 years professional marketing experience in a leadership role.
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Graphic Design and Video Production (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects.
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
Compensation and Benefits
  • We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package plus hybrid remote options based in one of our regional offices in Frisco, TX and Tampa, FL or our Corporate Headquarters in Charlotte, NC. A fully remote option may be considered depending on exceptional qualifications and experience.
