Tier 2 Desktop Support Engineer (Windows & Mac)

We are currently seeking an experience Tier 2 Desktop Support Engineer (Windows & Mac) to join one of the leading media, technology, and financial institutions in NYC.
As a Tier 2 Desktop Support Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our efforts, interfacing daily with C-Level Executives and collaborating closely with internal technology teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Proving Tier 2 & executive support with efficiency and professionalism to Windows & Mac Users
Utilizing desktop management tools such as SCCM, JAMF, Bomgar for seamless operations
Managing Group Policy and Active Directory/Exchange to ensure efficient system administration
Leveraging Cloud services like Azure, G-Suite, and O365 to enhance productivity and scalability
Communicating effectively to bridge the gap between technology and business objectives
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
4-8 years of experience in desktop engineering and technical support
Windows & Mac Experience
Proven expertise in desktop security and management tools (SCCM, JAMF, Intune, Bomgar etc.)
Previous administration rights to Active Directory & Exchange
Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Previous Windows Migration experience
