Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products. Analyze cost drivers and standards in ERP systems (SAP), collaborate on digital solutions for optimization Meet digital KPI's, report to local/regional management, align goals/tasks with manager Improve plant layouts and processes using digital tools, enhance quality through monitoring and AI Collaborate internally and regionally on digital solutions, support process improvement and training Coordinate autonomous solutions like cobots and AGVs, troubleshoot digital issues as first point of contact Validate machines and tools.
