Job Description:

"Design, develop, document, test, and debug web service applications and SQL scripts.

Work closely with business analysts, developers, quality assurance, and others throughout the software development life cycle.

Adhere to software development best practices including coding standards, code reviews, and release management.

Work closely with the Government customer and other stakeholders to ensure shipped software meets expectations.

Provide project status at daily scrum meetings and as required to program management.

Maintain project schedules and timelines.

Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. 

Basic Qualifications:

BS/BA degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or 14 years relevant work experience with no degree.

Software development experience using C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Javascript, and PL/SQL.

Experience with developing applications that interface with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server backend databases.

Experience with Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio, or other development tools.

Experience creating and updating applications running on IIS.

Experience architecting and designing new and current systems.

Knowledge of Agile Development Methodology.

U.S. citizen

Position of Public Trust or DoD Secret Clearance 

Preferred Qualifications:

Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Software development experience within the military or federal government.

Experience with PKI certificate authentication.

Experience with Active Directory Federated Services.

Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity policies/procedures and how it releates to software development

Experience developing and scaling complex systems, including microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation"
