Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Data Entry Clerk to support various projects requiring data management and organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, and be adept at managing large datasets. Accuracy, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: Transcribe data from PDF documents into database systems with a high level of accuracy. Use advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, to organize, analyze, and manage large datasets. Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of transcribed data. Perform data entry tasks related to specific project requirements. Assist with administrative and data-related tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members to support project goals and deadlines. Identify and report discrepancies or issues with data. Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive information. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong background in Excel for data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation. Experience in managing large datasets and performing data analysis. Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Power BI is preferred but not required. Education: High School
