What You'll do

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Administrator in Boise, ID. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day coordination and data entry for various projects. Your primary focus will be to manage multiple ongoing requests to support services within a designated market, ensuring seamless project execution. Day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Perform daily coordination activities using standard processes and procedures with meticulous data entry to support CompuNet services
  • Efficiently manage multiple forms of ongoing requests, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Thoroughly review document accuracy to facilitate efficient and precise project invoicing, minimizing delays
  • Manage project setup within systems to facilitate accurate and timely completion of time and expense entries
  • Ongoing management of service agreements that ensures proper billing and customer service
  • Reviewing billable hours, time sheets and expense reports, verifying accuracy and completeness
  • Gathering information and problem-solving issues while working closely with project members
  • Working collaboratively across teams and locations to address project issues promptly and effectively
  • Review and approve Statements of Work based on content and billing terms, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Managing subcontractor invoicing and project reconciliation to ensure project accounting is accurate
  • Thorough project closeout and invoicing to ensure completeness and accuracy

  • ConnectWise or other business automation solutions experience
  • Excellent organization, time management and independent work skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical/critical thinking and problem-solving techniques with the ability to sense and forecast problem areas
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency with general computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic experience with project coordination and administration
  • Associates degree in Business or related field preferred
