Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation
- Install, configure, and support network equipment and software
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement network security measures
- Provide technical support for ServiceNow, remedy tickets, and SCCM
- Administer Linux servers and support mobile devices
- Communicate effectively with team members and end-users to resolve technical issues
Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ticketing system
- Strong knowledge of operating systems and IT infrastructure
- Experience with remedy ticketing system
- Familiarity with Network administration, LAN technologies, and SCCM
- Understanding of Linux operating systems
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Experience supporting mobile devices
