Sikich has a need for a Risk & Compliance Specialist to support our client that is located in Washington, DC.

We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team.

Specific skills/experience required are as follows:
  • Minimum Active DOD Secret Security clearance (Interim Secret Acceptable)
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3 years of federal experience related to risk and compliance
  • Eligible to obtain & maintain a US government security clearance (up to a Top Secret).
  • Experienced assisting in providing guidance on IT security best practices, industry standards, system accreditation, and risk management.
  • Experienced managing changes to system and assessing the security impact of those changes.
  • Experienced preparing and reviewing documentation to include Systems Security Plan, Contingency Plan, Contingency Plan Test, Business Impact Analysis, FIPS-199, eAuthentication, etc.
  • Employee must be able to be on site 4 days of the week during transition with opportunity to change frequency depending on team need after transition.
Your Work Place/Travel: The majority of the work will be performed in a hybrid setting in either [Washington, DC or Arlington, VA]. Some additional travel may be required. You must be able to transport a laptop and working documents to these sites.

Your Work Hours: Full-time. Core hours are 9 am-4 pm EST.
