Florida Blue - Sr. Customer Experience Analyst Job Summary: SR Customer Experience Analyst should be able to understand business process & related problems, and design analytical approaches to capturing data & defining solutions. They apply knowledge of business processes, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data modeling & statistics, to recognize data patterns and produce solutions. The Sr Customer Experience Analyst proactively seeks to develop their skillsets and provide value-added support within the FBSC Customer Experience team. Seasoned Process Improvement Analyst with healthcare insurance background who has the ability to access data, interpret it and identify trends and actions to improve member satisfaction & reduce repeat calls using current technologies. Essential Functions: The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role; additional duties may be assigned. Communication & Project Ownership: Support large projects and manage smaller projects in their entirety. Partner with business partners & team members to assess business needs and define business requirements. Interpret results and insights in a clear and concise manner. Work on multiple concurrent projects and accommodate frequent interruptions and changing priorities. Effectively participate in meetings with customers and emerging ability to guide discussion and decision making. Data Analysis: Identify, define, and translate business needs/problems into analytical questions and present solutions. Understand data sources and limitations, warehousing system and the impact of the data on business decisions. Identify, retrieve, and manipulate data from internal and external datasets. Apply statistical and computational methodologies to provide actionable insights and identify opportunities that optimize the consumer's experience. Assist with the development of scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large scale data analyses and model development, validation, and implementation. Reporting & Other: Create use cases and business requirements to support the development of automated tools to enable the Florida Blue Service Center to understand drivers of member dissatisfaction. Generate status reports related to the deployment of new solutions. Ability to communicate results and insights, both verbally and written (including visual graphics), in a clear and concise manner to a non-technical audience. Must have experience creating use cases for Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence & ability to follow project from ideation to deployment. Stay current on new processes and technology in Data Science and communicate findings to team. Support other team members as needed. Develop and maintain documentation. Required Work Experience: 2+ years related work experience. Experience Details: Data Scientist or similar role. Required Education: Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience. Additional Required Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Emerging ability to influence customers to take action on analytical insight. Requires experience with statistical packages & SQL. Must have working understanding of Machine Learning concepts. Must have strong teamwork and collaborative skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed deadlines. Strong written and oral communication skills. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Big Data - e.g. Hadoop. Experience with other tools - e.g. Tableau, R, and Netezza. Healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical work experience. Prefer applied experience with advanced statistics. Experience with analysis around quality, consumer experience, and healthcare costs. Experience in consumer analytics. Experience in business analytics. General Physical Demands: Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.
