Responsibilities- Assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Respond to Code Blue situations and initiate protocol, special procedures, and cardiac monitoring as needed.
- Manage the efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparation for exams, and arranging testing and admissions.
- Respond to and refer incoming telephone calls, including phone triage when necessary.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Health Care Provider certification.
- At least two (2) years of full-time equivalent acute care hospital RN experience in the designated area.
This is a full-time, night shift position with 12-hour shifts (approximately 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM). Rotating weekends and holidays are required.
