Branding and Sales Manager (Entry Level)Location: Riverview, FL | On-SiteOur Client's Branding and Sales Manager plays an essential part in the success of their business. You will use your creativity and skills to implement marketing and branding strategies that help the company reach its objectives.This is a highly competitive role. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work within the Events team to assist with overseeing and developing the sales team to drive company revenue.Entry Level Branding and Sales Manager ResponsibilitiesMeet with company executives to determine brand objectivesPresent, and execute marketing ideas to meet all brand objectivesWork closely with the Brand Manager to assist in leading campaignsWork directly with the sales team providing support to both the customers and the team during the sales processAnalyze individual, team and campaign performanceEstablish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales teamAnalyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvementTrack results and trends regularly for business forecastingReport on team and individual performanceDevelop and execute innovative sales strategiesBuild and form new partnerships with potential clientsEntry Level Branding and Sales Manager RequirementsSome experience or study in Branding, Management or Marketing is a bonusPrevious experience in sales, customer service, or related fieldStrong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skillsSuperb organizational and time-management skillsProduct knowledge including pricing, packaging, and positioningGoal-oriented and results-driven partnered with a creative mindsetStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to build rapport with clientsIf you have read this far, we would like to hear from you.
