Duties and Responsibilities:

? Responsible for recruitment and retention of employees

? Drives the implementation, communication and execution of all HR policies and procedures

? Ensures HR readiness for launch of key business strategic objectives, developments and/or

organizational change

? Fosters and promotes a climate of positive employee and labor relations. Take initiatives that promote positive employee engagement and inspire trust

? Strives for continuous improvement through implementing local process enhancements & sharing best practices

? Conducts new hire orientations and training

? Planning and preparation of company events

Skills and Abilities:

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Interpersonal skills

? Ability to manage people

? Highly developed administrative skills

? Ability to exercise discretion in confidential matters

Knowledge and Experience:

???????? Proven Leadership in non-Union Environments

? Demonstrated in-depth experience with employee and labor relations

?Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, safety, training and development

? Skill in developing and implementing salary administration plans and programs

? Knowledge of benefits including health care, FMLA, and COBRA

? Bilingual (English,Spanish)

Education:

???????? Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
