Key Responsibilities Coordinates all aspects of organizational projects to include planning, partnering with key stakeholders, project resources, problem resolution, communication, and education. Reports, monitors and ensures resolution of reported issues in relation to Core Provider. Prepares and delivers reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization. Leads requirements gathering (including interviewing users/business units, analyzing work processes and operations, establishing solution objectives, and evaluating systems functionality) to uncover insights about various business processes and opportunities to improve existing services and explore new ones. Communicates process changes, enhancements, and modifications to those impacted so that issues are well understood as they are resolved. Assists with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options, and communicate these back to department leads. Manages the end-user experience by developing and implementing best practices for user guides, technical FAQs and help documentation. Documents and analyzes business and functional requirements so that they may be accurately translated into process maps and technical requirements. Develops and conducts peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that specifications are correctly interpreted. Provides support for other major department/company initiatives. Analyzes operation jobs and workflows for automation opportunities to make recommendations to improve efficiency and enhance productivity. Provides suggestions for continual improvement of business processes and systems. Reinforces SLAs to manage departmental/end user process implementation. Communicates with 3rd party vendors and partners to address technical questions, issues or requests. Operates as backup to security analyst and application security review process. Assists in the management of incoming requests to the Service Desk via phone and email to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues, and escalate as necessary. Prioritizes incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet defined SLAs. Escalates incidents, service requests and change management requests as necessary, to the appropriately experienced personnel. Supports the organization after hours as required for after hour support and platform upgrades as needed. Is responsible for adhering to operational controls, including compliance with all required regulations and policies such as the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to ensure the safety and soundness of the Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union and its members. Qualifications

Education/Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and 1 -3 years of experience in Information Technology, or equivalent experience. 4+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, and/or design of information systems programs and related business processes. Technical experience in a financial services setting or, equivalent experience. Experience with Fiserv DNA and file automation systems is a plus. Other Qualifications Strong demonstrated abilities required: Customer/Member Service Interpersonal/Team Player Motivated/Works Independently Analytical/Problem Solving Organizational Skills Project Management Detail Oriented Verbal/Written Skills Microsoft Office Prioritize/Multitask Also required: Ability to work a flexible schedule; early mornings, evenings, overnight, weekends, and On-call/Afterhours availability; overtime, as needed. Must maintain confidentiality Ability to meet with or service internal/external customers as needed at various locations in the company’s geographic area. Must have a valid driver’s license.
