Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Jr. Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing reporting from NetSuite ERP, analyzing data to drive business decisions, and creating refreshable reports for business units. This role will lead monthly account reviews, address inconsistent data, and develop KPI and dashboard reports tailored to user needs.

Job Description

• Design and develop reports from NetSuite ERP to provide actionable insights.
• Create and maintain refreshable reports that allow business units to periodically update data from the system.
• Synthesize diverse datasets into a coherent framework, enabling uniform reporting methodologies across our portfolio brands.
• Create and refine executive management reports.
• Optimize the NetSuite implementation of business tools within NetSuite.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Lead monthly account reviews to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Investigate inconsistent data and develop action plans to address issues.
• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboard reports tailored to individual user needs.
• Continuously monitor and update KPIs and dashboards to reflect current business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience with BI tools and reporting, particularly with NetSuite ERP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ambitious self-starter, interested in both personal and professional growth and development within a fast-moving agile startup culture.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SQL and data query languages.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
