Responsibilities:
A&AS Developer
This position serves as an Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Developer for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR), Program Integration Department (CT-PI). CTR supports U.S. national security by preventing the acquisition, proliferation, and use of WMD, related materials, technologies, and expertise. The cooperative nature of CT's efforts contributes to stability, cooperation, and expanding U.S. influence in partner states and their regions.
PIs Department provides support to the entire CT directorate and offices in 22 countries in the following areas: manpower/ human capital, training, travel, knowledge and records management, acquisition, onboarding, export control, records management, cost support controls, and property/ facilities.
Full-Stack software developers with experience in ASP.NET Core, JavaScript and SQL Server to build, maintain and enhance web-based systems in support of DTRA. Developers must have the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and a Security+ certification.
DUTIES
- Write clean, readable, and reusable code, primarily using SQL, C# and Javascript
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot user-reported errors, identifying solutions where applicable
- Ability to work independently as well as a with a small team to develop, support, and enhance .NET-based solutions
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3 years of experience
- 1+ years of experience developing applications using C# (Webforms/MVC/.Net Core)
- 1 + years of experience with a relational database (such as SQL Server)
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
- The candidate must have Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret
- Ability to support a hybrid Schedule (1-2 days in-office)
- Proficient using version control systems such as Git

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience building dynamic UI visualizations using JavaScript (such as D3 or similar)
- UI/UX Design Skills
- ASP.NET MVC & ASP.NET MVC Core
- ASP.NET Web Forms
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Bootstrap
- Security+ certification (ability obtain within 60 days upon hire)

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis total compensation package for employees.
Posted Salary Range:USD $61,600.00 - USD $96,250.00 /Yr.
