Franklin Street is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Team in Tampa through the DoD SkillBridge Program.

The Franklin Street DoD SkillBridge Program is open to all ranks, enlisted or officer. We are proud to help our nation's service members make the transition from active duty to civilian life through specific industry training during the end of their service, up to 6 months. Service members will continue to receive military compensation and benefits through the Department of Defense. Upon completing the program, we aim to bring on every service member as a full-time employee.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Execute recruitment process including requisitions, postings, screenings, interview setups, submissions of background and reference checks and assessments, negotiations and offers
  • Track key recruiting metrics and build useful reports through the organization's reporting tool
  • Ensure all recruiting procedures are within compliance and submit EEO reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date job postings
  • Ensure compliance throughout recruiting process, including recordkeeping through the HRIS system
  • Assists with recruitment budgets for all lines of business
  • Execute Franklin Street's 5-star on-boarding experience
  • Works on special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of recruiting, administrative, and/or coordinator experience required
  • On-boarding experience preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Collaborative, organized, accurate and detail oriented
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Experience and ability to be a self-starter as well as work productively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required; knowledge of ATS preferred.
  • Must exhibit a sincere outgoing manner that inspires trust, confidence and respect.
  • Strong analytical experience - able to collect and interpret data-based measurements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
  • Capable of working professionally with various departments and foster teamwork
DoD SkillBridge Eligibility:
  • Currently an active duty service member
  • Is within 4 to 12 months of separation or retirement
  • Will receive an honorable discharge
  • Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS
  • Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
  • Received Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to the start of the internship.
  • Meets DoD SkillBridge Qualifications as per DODI 1322.29.
