Credentialing Coordinator

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to fill an opening with one of the largest healthcare organizations in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Daily Responsibilities for Credentialing Coordinator:
  • Review clinician demographics entered the user interface and approved for importing
  • Populate and print new license applications
  • Timely communication with clinicians regarding missing information and/or inconsistencies
  • Preparing application(s) mailings
  • Complete full quality assurance review of clinician application returned to department by clinician
  • Obtain license payment funding on behalf of clinician
  • Work hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Required Qualifications for Credentialing Coordinator:
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years experience with navigating through systems and databases completing repetitive tasks with high quality ideally in credentialing/ licensing portals
  • 1+ years experience with meeting business demands and time sensitive deadlines in a frequently changing environment

Pay Details: $22.00 - $22.50 an hour
