Job Summary
As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for contributing to the planning, implementation, and optimization of our marketing efforts. Working closely with the marketing team, you will assist in executing campaigns, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth. Provide insights to shape marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns. Prepare reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Contribute to the management of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
Create and design marketing plans with company brand identification and ensure deadline are met.
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
Collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders on marketing projects.
Uphold and reinforce the brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements across all marketing materials.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum two years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
