Our client is a non-profit organization that works to serve community members through art that cultivates a compassionate future and promotes a broad perspective This company is consistently praise by its employees for the opportunities to grow within, with a leadership team that allows workers to take charge of their schedules all while working together on the overall mission of the entire organization
They are looking to add a Director of Finance to this growing team. The DOF will be responsible for all Finance, Accounting and reporting related activities.
Overview of the Director of finance role:
Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance.
Assisting in annual budgeting and planning processes.
Preparing for audits and assisting in audit preparations.
Leading audit processes as required.
Preferred Qualifications for the Director of finance role:
Prior experience in non-profit organizations and familiarity with MIP (Management Information System for Nonprofits) is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Strong attention to detail.
