The ideal candidate is dynamic, meticulous, and capable of working autonomously.

Job Description:

• Coordinate the billing cycle, including composing invoices, refining time records, and finalizing bills, including e-billing submissions. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all billing documents and records. • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely billing. • Maintain organized billing files and records for easy access and retrieval. • Assist with the preparation of billing reports and analysis as needed. • Stay updated on relevant billing regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal billing, with proficiency in e-billing. • Experience with multiple payors is advantageous. • Exceptional attention to detail in both verbal and written communication. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. • Capable of working independently or collaboratively with attorneys
