1886 Bakery at The Driskill is looking for an Intermediate Line Pastry Cook 2 to join our bakery team and prepare delicious pastries for our guests. The Pastry Cook 2 requires good communication and culinary skills. Duties involve, the preparation of pastry products as trained in accordance with Pastry shop standards; assisting higher level cooks and other duties as assigned by Chef.

The desired candidate will have Pastry experience and/or a culinary degree. An intermediate line Pastry Cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures and may work single stations in the kitchen and require significant supervision and training.

This position has a start date between August 20th and August 26th. Early mornings and weekend availability is required for this shift. Previous hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree is preferred, but not required.
