Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Revenue Management in developing and implementing revenue strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to optimize pricing and inventory
- Conduct revenue analysis and forecasting to identify revenue opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotions and packages
- Evaluate and implement revenue management systems and tools
- Prepare revenue reports and present findings to senior management
- Train and mentor revenue management team members on best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative revenue management techniques

Qualifications:- Previous experience in revenue management or related field in the hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles, techniques, and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in revenue management software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field (preferred)
