**Job Summary**

We are now accepting applications for full-time Customer Service Associates at our Knoxville location. Candidates must be self-motivated, have strong customer skills, and have the desire to succeed in a commission environment with team-based goals. Luxury retail experience a plus.

Customer Service Associates provide support to our Sales Associates while learning the retail jewelry business. Successful Customer Service Associates are expected to grow into Sales Associates with experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**

* Enthusiastic, positive attitude and outgoing personality

* Creative, results-oriented focus and self-motivated approach

* Ability to work Saturdays, as well as seasonally on Sunday
