Pay: $24-$27hr Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant center, is looking for an outgoing Oral Surgical Assistant/Dental Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, changing their lives. An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority.Hours are full time, Monday-Friday 40hrs a week. Hourly wages based on experience with lots of room to GROW. Our benefits package includes the following:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Long/Short Term Disability InsurancesPaid TrainingPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysPaid Parental/Bereavement Leave401k matchEmployee AssistanceMain responsibilities for this position will include the following:Taking impressions and pouring up modelsPatient photosX-rays and Cone BeamsSetting up appointments in OpenDentalSetting up and taking down operatory rooms, ensuring that no one needs to leave the surgery roomPlacing orders for basic and implant suppliesAdjusting and relining prosthesisAssisting the doctor during a variety of surgical implant proceduresPre and post op instructionsJob Requirements:Registered Dental Assistant with necessary CertificationsTask and detail orientedSelf Starter who works well as as a part of a teamPatient-centric with good communication skillsOutgoing and empatheticFlexible and a quick learnerGreat organizational skills and high level of office aptitudeWork with the doctor and do whatever it takes to ensure our patients have an exceptional experience every timeSuccess at Nuvia is defined by the willingness to work as a team. Being able to think quickly on your feet and make adjustments is key to success in this position.
