Our eCommerce Professional Solutions Team is an important component of our business. This team works as an extension of our partnered brands team to help strategize, ideate, and execute on eCommerce initiatives. Our industry is experiencing the need for our team to expand. We are adding an eCommerce Account Manager to the team.What you will doThe eCommerce Account Manager will apply interpersonal and analytic skills to business challenges which ensure the growth and success of our partnered brands. This high impact role will manage multiple clients in an entrepreneurial, problem-solving environment. The performance of this position directly impacts the top-line for our partners.Collaborate directly with CPG brands by managing their full-funnel advertising strategies, promotional calendar, content optimization, marketplace reporting and sales monitoringDemonstrate marketplace management expertise by managing inventory, promotions, marketing, and other strategic initiatives to help grow salesLead weekly calls with the client to discuss initiatives and strategy to drive sales and growth on both Amazon.com and Walmart.comCreate strategic digital marketing campaigns that will help drive sales for our partnered brandsCollaborate with team members on growth strategies and innovative marketing tacticsIdentify areas of opportunity for brand growth on the ecommerce channelProvide data-driven advice and strategy to our partnersNurture strong relationships with our clients with a goal centric approachEnsure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in SPINS by fully leveraging our data and solutionsSuccessfully review and manage inquiries from clients and case management with AmazonCollaborate with internal colleagues (eCommerce Account Managers and eCommerce Management team members) to drive improvement in quality, service, and profitabilityAssist in the development and delivery of training materials for internal and external useWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Business Admin. or related quantitative (Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics) field of study2-3 years of Seller Central or Vendor Central experience and working directly with CPG brandsExperience with strategizing and planning for e-commerce tentpole events (Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, etc)Experience in a client facing roleMust be able to identify insights from raw data and summarize results to help lead strategy and initiativesDemonstrate ability to communicate effectivelyAdept at cultivating external and internal relationshipsPossess advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Full understanding of Seller and Vendor Central toolsSelf-starter attitude who is eager to learn and growWe're even more impressed if you bring alongStrong focus on customer satisfactionStrong organizational and time management skillsProven ability to work independently#LI-RS1 #LI-HybridWhat SPINS OffersWe have enjoyed tremendous growth over the years and, as a leader in a fast-growing industry, we have no plans to slow down While all that growth brings excitement, it is also an opportunity for SPINS to show it values the health and wellness of its team members.
