HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT We are looking for a passionate and can-do attitude Metal Machining/Build to Print Senior Sales Manager for the strategic key account management team. Our team is one of the biggest and fastest growing groups in the >$1B revenue group company. The team provides Metal Machining/Build to Print and advanced material solutions (Ceramics, Quartz, Silicon, CVD SiC, etc.) to our customers in the semi-conductor industry. The Senior Sales Managers lead the customer service team and the factories while realizing the strategic sales communications and alignments with the customer. You will experience rapid growth of the business, technology and yourself through your business leadership, regardless on if you are seasoned or less experienced. Please join our focused, friendly, flexible, fun and professional team, and experience the rapid growth of yourself and the business WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE + Sales – Primary responsibility is to generate revenue and increase market share by identifying and selling to prospective accounts though research and networking. Activities include program management, account development and establishing maintaining key relationships for new and existing accounts. Meet assigned revenue and profitability targets. + Account Management – Maintains relationships for new and existing accounts in order to protect and grow existing business opportunities. This includes developing key account plans to align resources to support company growth objectives with major customers/opportunities. + Product – Identifies the need for new products. Works with Marketing, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D to assist in new product development initiatives targeted to the needs of the key account(s). + Manufacturing – generates both short-term and long-term rolling forecasts for revenue and product / volume mix. + Marketing Communications – Gives input to the marketing group to support the goal of establishing and implementing promotional, advertising, and communication strategies. + Competition – Benchmarks our products with the competition from a technical and business perspective. Monitors competitive forces that could compromise our position. Not a comprehensive list of duties. Duties may change without notice at management’s sole discretion WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL + BS degree or equivalent + 5-10 years of professional experience including 5+ years of account management experience in Vacuum and Thin Film Industry + Metal Machining/Build to Print sales or engineering experience is desirable + Advanced material solution (Ceramics, Quartz, Silicon, CVD SiC, etc.) sales or engineering experience is plus + Familiarity with Metal machining, Metal surface treatments and cleaning processes for sales communication (other advanced material experience can be transferable) + Semiconductor experience (preferred, but not a must) + Project management and Problem-solving skills (not problem pointing-out but solving) + Communication skill + Data analysis skill + Goal/Mission-oriented and Self-driven personality + Detail oriented PERKS OF JOINING OUR TEAM With positive values, a productive atmosphere and a commitment to excellence, Ferrotec encourages employees to maximize and realize their potential.
