**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compensation**: Assist with compensation surveys, merit adjustments, and promotional recommendations.
- **Benefits**: Support annual benefits renewals, communicate benefits information, and research benefits vendors.
- **Leaves**: Administer leaves of absence, ensure compliance with leave laws, and communicate leave processes to employees and managers.
- **Engagement**: Contribute to engagement initiatives, coordinate employee surveys, and assist with employee events.
- **Employee Communications**: Enhance employee communications through newsletters, digital signage, and sharing success stories.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Assist with preparing and submitting employment practice reports and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- **Special Projects**: Support HR projects and additional duties assigned by the Head of HR.

**Qualifications**:

- **Required**:

- 2 or more years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of compensation, benefits, and leaves administration.
- Understanding of basic HR laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
