Represent the brand through client interactions (in-store and virtually) and act as a brand ambassador in the communityFulfill key-holder responsibilities (i.e., store opening and closing, cash handling and financial responsibilities)Maintain a high level of product knowledgeProvide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients and ensure the highest service standards are maintained at all timesSales standardsCash wrap standardsClient book managementInventory managementCustomer and After Sales serviceHelp clients make selections and assist in the try-on processEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures and directivesAttendance / Reporting for Work (Ulti-Pro) - clocking in and outNavigating through UltiPro PortalUniform and Grooming StandardsLunch and Afternoon BreaksLockersOrganization at the workplaceRequests for Time Off: BenefitsSick Days, Vacation Days, Personal Days / Schedule RequestsEnd-of-Day Procedures (i.e. bag checks)Cultivate and maintain excellent Clientele relationships with consistent follow up as needed, including:Phone calls and emailsThank you lettersShipping merchandise out-of-townMaintain high productivity (consistently achieve and where possible, exceed monthly sales targets)Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase salesAssist with inventory and special projects as neededAssociates should be able to effectively cover Back of House as needed and perform various inventory as well as Shipping / Receiving tasksEnsure visual standards are maintained at all timesUnderstand the terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessoriesBe proficient with the register system(s)Merchandise productAt Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
