Identify and evaluate applications that can support the exploitation of data and databases. Assess what is required to integrate a particular tool into the NGA IT environments. Direct preparation of required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Plan and execute the migration of the various engineering tools into the cloud per NGA policy and government guidance. Follow established processes and completes the appropriate documentation to ensure systems and applications migrated into the cloud achieve ATO. Oversee activities to maintain the Enterprise Engineering Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) in C2S or similar cloud-based environment. Required Skills and Tasks: Active TS/SCI clearance Able to develop & use more complex concepts & processes Conduct root cause problem analysis Guide & support Junior level personnel Performs multiple tasks at specialist level Proficient in administration of collaborative, team communication and management tools such as Microsoft SharePoint Successfully implemented cross-organizational and international technology integration Experience in the use of Database Management System (DBMS) for application query and storage May be recognized as a SME in their field Evaluates & recommends new technology & processes based upon cost, risk, mission Work Level: Self-guided individual work Key member of team Oversees or monitors task(s) Provides issue resolution Education/Certification Required: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree plus 2-year experience or Associate's degree plus 4 years' experience in IT or Computer Science DoD IAT Level II Approved Certification (ex.
