Berger is seeking a Marketing Associate that will play a key role in executing marketing strategies to increase our online visibility, drive web traffic, and enhance our multiple brand presence. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO practices, web analytics, content marketing, and brand management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for digital marketing and brand building.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website(s).
  • Work with SEO partner to optimize company online strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Collaborate with the different brand teams to create and optimize web content, blog posts, and other digital materials.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
  • Assist in managing and updating the company website(s), ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging.
  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and PPC advertising (when applicable.)
  • Assist in creating and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop visually compelling and on-brand marketing materials.
  • Participate in the development and execution of corporate and branch brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in SEO, digital marketing, and branding.
  • Perform market research for company management, including possible expansion analysis by market and/or brands.
  • Communicate with Corporate Managers and General Managers on various marketing projects.
  • Coordinate and work with various outside vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist the Marketing Director with daily tasks and strategic planning.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and collateral as needed.
  • Assist with Consumer Sales Team and monthly scorecard reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SEO, web marketing, and brand management, with a solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console,SEMrush, and similar.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (e.g.,WordPress).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Managerial skills a plus
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Acrobat Pro, In Design,Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus.
