Duration: 3 Months (Temp to Hire)

Job Description:
  • Lead the process design and assist in the planning and execution of projects under Sysco.
  • Global Supply Chain transformation.
  • Utilize supply chain expertise to partner with business leaders and develop innovative solutions.
  • Analyse business processes, create business flow diagrams, and maps them to system & technology solutions.
  • Leads business process design from concept to implementation.
  • Partners with technology team leaders to leverage technology.
  • Contributes to the development of internal talent for supply chain transformation.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Process Design, Development and Implementation for Supply Chain Transformation Projects Process Architecture.
  • Analyse business areas and business processes and new requirements for Supply Chain workstreams and projects (e.g. Order Capture, Fulfilment and Delivery, Supply Planning, Demand Planning) and map them to Sysco's Business Capability Model for identifying the impact.
  • Process Design and Development.
  • Analyse Sysco's business process and systems landscape, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technology team to come up with AS-IS and TO-BE process models i.e. develop process flow / swim lane diagrams to depict existing and future process using one of the process modelling tools.
  • Process Implementation.
  • Liaise with business and technology teams in implementing business process during project execution.
  • Take lead in designing tools and processes that aids implementing business solutions e.g. developing trackers / forms using tools like Smartsheet, SharePoint, etc., and creating simple workflows, using excel report to create pivot tables and graphs for business presentations.
  • Innovate and Solve Problems - Develop innovative solutions to supply chain problems that drive value and business benefit.
  • Partner with Sysco's Technology team members to create and define supply chain technology solutions.
  • Develop Knowledge and Talent.
  • Contribute expertise and knowledge towards Supply Chain Transformation team development in the areas of business process engineering.
  • Advance team skills in Supply Chain business process architecture and design, problem solving, and business solution development.
Education and experience:

Required minimum education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience in lieu of education (e.g. supply chain, merchandising, wholesale distribution)
Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
Required minimum experience:
  • Three years of experience
  • Two years of Supply Chain experience
Preferred experience:
  • Two to three years of business and/or technology consulting skills in process re-engineering, and systems integration. Experience with Order Cash processes, and Inventory Management processes.

Supply chain:
  • Supply chain experience in the selected area(s) of expertise (e.g. Inventory Management, Inbound Transportation, Order Management, Order Fulfilment, Delivery)
  • Broad understanding of end-to-end supply chain and required integration with other functions (e.g. merchandising, sales, customer support, accounting, finance).
  • Business Process and IT Business process analysis and mapping skills.
  • Business process modelling using tools like Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint etc.
  • Solution architecture i.e. designing the solution to specific business problems.
  • Understanding of IT system architecture.
Preferred certifications:
  • Certification in Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
