Time Off Benefits (available to employees working 30+ hours per week): 196 hours of Vacation PTO – this includes 12 paid holidays (Company closure between Christmas and New Years, July 4th, Labor Day, 3 days at Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day) 16 hours of paid Sick Time (in addition to Vacation PTO) 40 hours of emergency unpaid leave per year.
