Position Description and Responsibilities

The Close-to-Open Team Member seeks to provide a clean and safe environment each and every day by working as a team to close the store and prepare it for opening the next morning. Our Close-to-Open Team Members:
  • Work from 10pm-6am
  • Clean the store after closing and prepare for the store to re-open the following business day
  • Wash dishes
  • Clean floors
  • Clean fryers and other machines
  • Working quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Adhere properly to safety standards with kitchen equipment, ingredients and personnel
  • Strive for quality and consistency in every aspect of their work
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, courtesy and hospitality to all
Skills and Competencies
  • Able to lift 30 pounds

Company Information
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
