Location: REMOTE For NON-CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY
Salary: $21.15/hr.

Reservation Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain all travel reservations.
  • Accurately respond to inquiries, quotes, and payments
  • Secure reservation options and document requests.
  • Recommend solutions for client objections and concerns
  • Make outbound calls/emails to qualify leads.
  • Provide superior service to all partners.
Reservation Specialist Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Learn detailed knowledge of products and services.
  • Quickly master internal booking and systems.
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated work ethic.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Strong desire to exceed guest expectations.
  • Previous travel, airline, or customer service experience.
  • Professional, customer-oriented, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
  • Sparkling personality with passion for service.
