**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Manage existing and establishing new residential accounts

* Build strong working relationships with all customers

* Manage and lead retail sales department by providing regular, ongoing support

* Ensure department meets or exceeds sales goals

* Prepare accurate bids and quotes for customers

* Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.

* Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Minimum 3 years retails sales experience in a construction related field with successful sales record

* Must be able to operate computer, standard and specialized software applications.

* Must possess excellent skills in math, writing, public relations, communications and negotiations.

* Valid OR Drivers License
