Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience with Specialty Chinese cooking required.
  • Possess a full knife set and advanced knife skills (cut, dice, mince and slice), extensive knowledge of product and presentation, extensive knowledge of large production kitchen equipment.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Mandatory testing on restaurant menu knowledge (Information will be provided).
  • Ability to obtain a valid Health Card.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written forms.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor a must.
