This position handles both inbound and outbound service calls, while building customer relationships. Maintaining excellent customer relations is key for this position.

**Duties:**

* Role is heavily focused on customer service

* Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear communication.

* Scheduling appointments for guests

* Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills in order to identify the customers needs

* Ability to gauge tone and display empathy to insure a positive customer experience

* Completing follow-up tasks on daily activities

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and easily adapts to change

* Ability to handle phone calls and emails for 8 hours a day (with the exception of breaks and lunches)

* Meet daily individual and team goals by managing time and meeting expectations for productivity

* Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

**Job Requirements:**

* Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience

* Computer skills and ability to multi task

* Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a people person)

* Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career

* Proficient MS Office knowledge

* Excellent verbal/written communication

* Automotive experience is NOT required

* Valid U.S. drivers license

* Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen and drug screen
