The Opportunity:

RS&H is seeking a Project Scheduling Analyst for our T-CM practice.


The following is a breakdown of responsibilities for the position to support major highway infrastructure projects throughout the US:

  • Creates, prepares, and analyzes prospective (forecasting) and retrospective (forensic) cost and schedule reports
  • Performs routine in-depth schedule monitoring, identifying critical activities and risks to time and costs
  • Supports integrated payment process for major construction projects
  • Performs Earned Value analysis including variance reporting
  • Evaluate baseline engineering and construction schedule for quality, accuracy, realism, and compliance with contract requirements
  • Prepares and participates regularly in scheduled meetings to help advance each project
  • Prepares and audits CPM fragmented network for scope change and delay claims
  • Prepare preliminary time determination schedules


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of cost and time management for construction projects
  • Proficient in the use of industry-standard scheduling software including Oracle Primavera P6
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
  • Ability to travel periodically for in-person meetings


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Cost Management, Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, Finance or other relevant field
  • Transportation and infrastructure construction experience is preferred
  • PMP, PSP, CCM or other relevant industry certification is preferred
  • Experience with schedule analysis software, Deltek Acumen Fuse is preferred
