Criteria 5 years of proven Programming & Development for Personal Training NASM, AFAA, ACE or ACSM Primary Personal Training Certification and CPR/AED certification Excellent oral, written, presentation and analytical skills Proficient with Microsoft Windows/Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skillset Proficient with digital technology applications Regional Fitness Director responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work with General Managers (GM) and Fitness Managers (FM) to hire, train, and maintain a proactive, efficient, professional, Personal Training (PT) team. Create a strategic plan for the PT Dept that identifies key focus initiatives for ongoing program success. Develop PT program that maximizes member engagement and personal training penetration rates. Assist in the development the PT Program that aligns with the AFF brand including but not limited to new and current PT programming for individual, group and team training Manage and track Certifications via NASM Club Connect Recruiting, hiring and departmental onboarding and modification in the compensation for trainers & instructors as needed Feedback, coaching/development, and program review processes Departmental training, workshops, and all continuing education opportunities Maximizing use, communications and engagement by trainers with the AFF Anywhere app Develop and assist in any APP facing programs and benefits for members Reporting systems, goals and associated analytics Creating and maintaining departmental processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Other initiatives as deemed reasonable within the AFF personal training & fitness departments Proactively work with company-wide peers to support each other for success as an organization including, but not limited to: Group Fitness Dept, Membership, Marketing and related Admin staff. Develop a reporting plan with Management to report PT analytics & metrics to the FMs and GMs. Motivate the team to engage in a positive, enjoyable,non-competitive environment.
