About the Role
Our Receptionist's primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and support to our students, staff, visitors, and vendors.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and prospective/current students in the lobby area
- Check in prospective students for an appointment and notify the appropriate staff
- Answer/transfer calls and provide accurate information
- Compile office supply needs for the campus
- Complete other tasks as assigned by leadership
- Monday to Friday, 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Recommended Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in customer service or other related field.
- At least 1 year in office working environment.
- Additional Certification in Office Management is a plus but not required.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at our facility physically.
- Enjoys the thrill of helping others achieve their dreams

- Strong passion for providing incredible service to our prospects
- Able to work independently, but understands the value of a team
- High work ethic and standards of excellence
