This position will be responsible for diagnosing HVAC issues, installing new systems, and conducting regular service to ensure peak performance. Duties/Responsibilities * Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems and components * Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment * Perform routine preventative maintenance * Read blueprints and technical diagrams * Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes * Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance * Communicate with clients to explain issues and provide recommendations Requirements * Solid understanding of HVAC systems and tools. * Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in reading schematics and manuals * Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members, and a commitment to maintaining professional conduct. * Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity. xuwmhxw * Proficiency in using hand-held electronic devices for documenting service and repair work. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education/Experience * HVAC certification or diploma from a technical school (EPA Universal Certification) * 2-5+ years of experience in HVAC installation or repair Benefits/Compensation * $20.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience * LARGE SIGNING BONUS * Medical insurance * Company vehicle * Dental insurance * Paid vacation time * Paid holidays * 401k with employer match * Profit sharing FLSA Classification Non-exempt, Hourly Ability to commute/relocate: Jamestown, NY 14701: reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
