We will operate our company with a sense of responsibility and respect for our community and the environment.Duties/Responsibilities* Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems and components* Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment* Perform routine preventative maintenance* Read blueprints and technical diagrams* Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes* Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance* Communicate with clients to explain issues and provide recommendationsRequirements* Solid understanding of HVAC systems and tools.* Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.* Proficiency in reading schematics and manuals* Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members, and a commitment to maintaining professional conduct.* Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity.* Proficiency in using hand-held electronic devices for documenting service and repair work.* Ability to work independently and as part of a teamEducation/Experience* HVAC certification or diploma from a technical school (EPA Universal Certification)* 2-5+ years of experience in HVAC installation or repairBenefits/Compensation* $20.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience* LARGE SIGNING BONUS* Medical insurance* Company vehicle* Dental insurance* Paid vacation time* Paid holidays* 401k with employer match* Profit sharingFLSA ClassificationNon-exempt, HourlyAbility to commute/relocate:Jamestown, NY 14701: reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 – 50 per weekBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time offWork Location: In person
