POSITION PURPOSE:

D&H United/Cochise is looking for a Construction Foreman Installer, they will have full accountability for effective and efficient completionof construction efforts for D&H customers. Our company is strong and loyal to all of our employees. We are looking for someone who is willing to take the challenge and rewarding career of a Construction Foreman Installer with our company. He/She is responsible for overseeingand performing basic construction duties while simultaneously providingoutstanding customer service. This position requires excellent organizationalskills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively underpressure.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Serves as theconstruction subject matter expert (SME) for construction projects

2. Operates as a mentor and primary resource forconstruction technicians and corresponding subcontractors

3. Oversees the construction operations acrossseveral sites at any given time, evaluating areas of improvement to drive outdeficiencies

4. Delegates construction tasks to constructionteams and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects

5. Tracks equipment and material usage, reportingoverall cost related to projected budgets

6. Completes construction tasks such as pouringconcrete, pipe fitting, framing, mixing, and finishing

7. Installsand repairs petroleum equipment including USTs, ASTs, gas pumps, fuelmonitoring systems, submersible pumps, and product piping

8. Utilizesand maintains various hand tools and at times heavy construction equipment suchas power vibrators and compactors to complete daily project tasks

9. Completesdiffering construction projects as assigned, including but not limited toconcrete removal and replacement, manhole and spill containment replacements,aligning for sidewalks, curbs, and gutters, and rebar replacements.

10. Operatesa company vehicle safely and cleanly, adhering to all state and federal drivinglaws and regulations

11. Conferswith construction managers to clarify issues, identify underlying concerns, andcomplete projects as assigned

12. Collaborateswith other D&H departments to provide exceptional customer service

13. Ensurescompliance with company policies, industry standards, and contractualagreements

14. Complieswith all safety policies and procedures as outlined in the D&H employee andsafety handbooks

15. Performsall other duties as assigned.

minimumqualifications

1. Must have 5 to 7 years of construction experience

2. Willing to become a Licensed Installer (preferred)

3. Must have experience managing a crew

•Strong attention to details and high level ofaccuracy while maintaining short deadlines with data
•Ability to read and analyze blueprints andother drawings as necessary
•Flexibility to work within a constantly changingwork environment

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
•High School diploma or equivalent needed
•Bilingual in Spanish required
•5-7 or more years supervisory experience in a constructionsetting
•AmericanConcrete Institute (ACI) certification preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
•Frequent use of hands
•Abilityto lift up to 25-50 pounds frequently, 75-100 pounds occasionally
•Maywork in extreme types of weather and high traffic areas
