SUMMARY

The Wachusett Brewery is looking to add to their team You will help ensure that our guests have an enjoyable brewery experience by providing quality customer service. Food Runner will run food orders in a timely manner. If you have a passion for great craft beer and the drive to be part of a winning team, then this could be the job for you.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Represent Wachusett Brewery proudly
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a smile
  • Greet all guests enthusiastically to make them feel welcome and at home
  • Answer all questions regarding our menu and our beer selections
  • Deliver food per appropriate seat numbers in a timely, professional manner
  • Responsible for great quality food sent to customers
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing any related tasks as needed
POSITION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to follow all safety and sanitation standards and procedures
  • Able to execute in a high-volume setting
  • Responsible and dependable
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Patience with the ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
  • Excellent people skills
  • Night and weekend availability is a must
