Our Opportunity: Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Manager, Category Management - Tim Hortons (US) to join our Marketing Team based in Miami, FL. The position will be responsible for the development and implementation of the overall strategy for specific beverage and food categories, promotional offers, and coupons to drive brand growth in the US. Strategy will be developed by supporting the successful ideation, development, testing, consumer research, and launch of new menu items or offers through our innovation process. Additionally, this position will conduct individual analysis of industry, competitive, and consumer trends and activities to identify new opportunities for product expansion. Finally, this individual will take full ownership of the program when bringing a finalized product or offer to national launch, working with the entire Tim Hortons US cross functional team to support a successful nationwide roll-out.

Roles And Responsibilities Leads regular analysis of industry, competitive, and consumer trends and activities. Identifies growth opportunities within existing portfolio and into white spaces that will drive incremental profitable sales growth in both legacy and new markets. Recommends and executes research and market tests to optimize the product positioning, offering and GTM strategy. Leverages several sources of data to derive National and Regional sales trends, product mix, price positioning, menu architecture, and product margins. Supports in management of the Stage Gate and innovation process for new product innovation and promotional offer / coupon development from the ideation / concept stage to launch. Collaborates with various cross-functional teams such as Operations, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Communication, and Execution to manage programs for his / her assigned categories. Prepares briefings for Marketing Communications for any new product / promotional launches. Creates Executive presentations for strategic projects in a logical and well-thought-out manner. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget and on time.

Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field 3-6 years of work experience in CPG, Retail/QSR (preferred), or related field Strong business acumen with a high sense of curiosity and intentionality Exceptional analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills Advanced skill level using Excel and PowerPoint Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills Highly organized and motivated with a desire to outperform Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency and thoughtfulness Possess exceptional critical-thinking and conceptual problem-solving skills. Able to debate complex issues, ask the right questions, interpret data, and synthesize learnings, while thinking outside the box. Previous research and testing experience a plus
