Randstad InHouse Services onsite at the Ulta Beauty Distribution Center in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a seasonal Recruiting Coordinator / Recruiting Assistant to assist the staffing efforts at our site during our busy peak season. This position will support the building's Sr. Site Manager in all aspects of staffing several hundred warehouse positions. The schedule will be a 40 hour per week schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with at least 1 weekend day required. This position could start immediately and will continue through at least the 2nd week of December. However, there is a very good chance that the position could turn into a long term contract or permanent opportunity. Our Recruiting Coordinator will handle recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, drug screening, and managing warehouse associates. We must have someone that is comfortable in a client/customer/employee facing role as the position sits onsite in the warehouse. This position will include a lot of time on the phone and internet so we must have someone in this role that will be a good representative of the company and is able to make a great first impression. After training and orientation, this position may also include managing additional staffing assistants that will report directly to them. We encourage bilingual Spanish/English candidates to apply. Special consideration will also be given to adminstrative employees who have some warehouse or light industrial experience. Responsibilities
Our Seasonal Recruiting coordinator will handle a variety of tasks related to staffing a busy distribution center during it's peak season. Qualified applicants will be able to comfortably operate day to day with basic office programs such as Google Docs, MS Office, Social Media platforms, and Google Chrome. They will also be comfortable with learning and operating company and industry specific programs. These positions will be public facing positions and tasks will include recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and terminating warehouse associates. The Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator will report directly to the site manager and will also be a direct report to for an additional assisitant coordinator. The qualified applicants for this position must present a professional demeanor when dealing with clients and employees and will act as the face of the company.
