Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, interview, and place highly-qualified professionals into new career opportunities.
  • Utilize innovative messaging and networking strategies to attract and engage top technical talent.
  • Source candidates through referrals, job boards, social and professional networks, and our existing database.
  • Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills, professional strengths, compensation expectations, and career goals.
  • Guide candidates through the interview, offer, and onboarding processes.
  • Negotiate offer details, compensation, and benefits to secure top candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define key requirements.
  • Document all candidate interactions in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide timely and detailed feedback to candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Perform reference checks and validate certifications.
  • Prepare and coordinate candidates for interviews.
  • Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT and digital talent.
  • Represent GDC at recruitment events, including job fairs.
Requirements
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3+ years of professional experience.
  • iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
  • Previous Sales experience.
  • Previous Recruiting and/or Human Resources experience.
