Regulatory and Accreditation Specialist

Identifies process improvement opportunities and leads, manages and executes Regulatory and Accreditation projects from conception through completion under the direction of the Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer. Identifies opportunities in data, develops education and streamlines policy as indicated by Regulatory and Accreditation requirements. This position requires flexibility and adaptability and will involve projects at all Temple Health sites.

Education
Bachelors Degree (Required)
Masters Degree (Preferred)

Experience
2 Years experience in healthcare or a regulatory driven environment (Required)
General Experience with data analysis and reporting in an environment with significant regulatory requirements and oversight (Required)
General Experience making substantial contributions to large projects engaging cross-functional teams to successful outcomes (Preferred)
General Experience or training in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management (Preferred)
