If you’re the right fit, you could find your place with BAM Automotive. What will you do? As the Service Writer/Advisor at BAM Automotive, you will: Schedule service appointments

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner;

Use our computer system to enter and process customer and vehicle information correctly

Write up vehicle issues clearly and accurately on repair orders

Distribute work to technicians and order any parts needed

Write up estimates for any recommended services and repairs; email inspection and estimates to customer; get customer authorization for any approved work

Clearly explain completed work and charges to customers

What qualifications do you need? Valid driver's license - required

1 year of automotive experience - required

High school degree or equivalent - required

Post-secondary education - preferred

Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Solid computer skills and desire to work with technology

Work well under pressure and adapt easily to changing deadlines

Conduct every aspect of the job with honesty and integrity

Must be deadline and detail-oriented and be able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour + commision Benefits: Flexible schedule

Ability to commute/relocate: Minneapolis, MN 55426: Reliably commute or planning to move before starting work (Preferred)

Experience: Automotive: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
